You can call us an online platform that has buyers and sellers for marketing, branding and advertising ideas, concepts and campaigns. It’s a forum to bridge the gap between established advertising agencies, corporate communications teams from various companies and the creative geniuses who haven’t had a chance to make their mark or waiting for the right opportunity to showcase their talent; who can provide advertising inputs, marketing ideas and campaign designs with refreshing novelty.
Adverteaze itself doesn’t have the creative team but it’s an effort to extract solutions from the people who closely witness the problems faced by organizations in these fields as observers, students and - quite often - consumers! And these people could be anyone, could come from anywhere, could be employed in any business or government sector, and could have any talent. The one thing common among them – creativity, novelty and the innovative belief that they can do better than what is being churned out in the name of creativity today.

Adverteaze is the start up formed by Madhumita Mishra, Braj Mohan Chaturvedi, Vishal Bhardwaj & Samrat Nigam. Braj and Samrat are Ex-Customer Strategy consultants from Accenture, India, Madhumita is Ex-McKinsey & Co. and Vishal is a technical consultant who has worked with Big4 consulting firm(s).

Madhumita Mishra is a social media enthusiast. She is working on various models of engaging employees with the social media. She believes that employee 2.0 is the next big thing in the field of human resource management. She is co-founder of Adverteaze, and founder of Farzaap Media. She is highly motivated individual with an astute ability to analyze, a good team player, effective conversationalist. She comes with 6 years of corporate experience. In past she has worked with McKinsey & Co., Synthes Medical, Satyam Computers, and ICFAI University Press, in fields of content development, HR MIS & Planning, Process Re-Engineering, Performance Management System, Rewards & Recognition, and various Satisfaction Surveys.
Braj Mohan Chaturvedi is a social media enthusiast and market 2.0 experts. He is passionate about Social Media Marketing and brings with him in-depth expertise in various facets of Social Media Marketing. He is founder of Adverteaze, and co-founder of Farzaap Media. In his new role he drives corporate communication, business development, creative content and research content of the venture. He comes with 10 years of corporate experience. In past he has worked with Accenture, PepsiCo, Monster.com, ICFAI University Press, in fields of content development, corporate sales, marketing and branding. He has also written several articles on branding and marketing related issues, in various journals and business magazines published by ICFAI Press. He has also edited a few books on branding and marketing.
Vishal Bhardwaj is an IT Professional and holds 8 years of corporate experience. He is a technocrat who believes in management by engagement and involvement. He has worked with Big-4 consulting firms for clients in North America & Europe from various domains including Higher Education, Government, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail, HealthCare, Insurance, and Energy. In various assignments with corporates’ as technical consultant, he has been involved in process improvement and technical innovation.
Vishal is a graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, India. As one of the co-founders of Adverteaze, he will drive the company's product development and innovation. Samrat Nigam is a marketing professional and holds 5 years of corporate experience. He, as one of the co-founders of Adverteaze, will drive the company's marketing strategy. Prior to Adverteaze, he has worked with Accenture (Management Consulting), Indiatimes.com, ACL wireless Ltd, and Citigroup. Samrat holds an MBA degree from Cardiff Business School, UK, with specialization in International Business, and a Bachelor's Degree from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi.
